农业水利工程专业人才培养方案的研究与实践

随着农业水利行业内涵与外延的发展,所需专业人才的能力定义发生了根本变化,原有的人才培养体系已经不相适应.因此建构新的人才培养体系是当下急需解决的问题.本课题围绕农业水利人才培养目标定位、人才培养方案架构、方案付诸实践支持条件等三个方面进行了较为系统的研究,重新审视了原来专业人才培养体系,同时对原有人才培养体系进行了较大改革与重组,建构了新的人才培养体系.经过对新体系的几年实践,基本达到研究者的企图.

Research and Practice Of Personnel Training Scheme for Agricultural Water Conservancy Project

With the development of agricultural water conservancy project,the definition of the ability of specialized personnel has changed.The former training scheme is not suitable for the requirement.So to establish a new personnel training system is of importance.The systematic research is conducted from aspects of the orientation of personnel training for agricultural water conservancy,the scheme structure of training and supporting terms for the scheme.The former system is reviewed and further reform and restructure for the former personnel training system is made,and a new system is established.After the practice of several years,the new personnel training system is basically achieve the goal.
