| 摘 要： | 在行政诉讼法学的教学过程中,除了庭审旁听之外,还必须安排模拟法庭教学环节。为了切实提高学生的法律实务操作能力,教师应根据行政模拟法庭教学的特点,设计相应的教学环节,并灵活地采取行之有效的教学方法。
