| Abstract: | Nowadays,quite a few theories on the concept of marriage arouses quite a few controversies.The paper,based on a real state of marriage,attempts to explain the essence of marriage.The author thinks that only by grasping the nature of the marriage law and the relevant principles in the social relations can people make an entire harmonious system of the marriage law. |
