| 摘 要： | 随着社会的不断向前发展，初具规模的民办高校发展迅速，而民办高校图书馆的发展却相对滞后。民办高校图书馆应根据形势的发展，明确目标定位，积极应对所面临的困难与挑战。通过馆藏资源建设、队伍建设、基础设施建设等方面的努力，使民办高校图书馆走上可持续发展之路，为民办高校及社会发展作出更大的贡献。

| Abstract: | As the whole society grows and develops, non-govern ment-run colleges also grow rapidly, but libraries of non-government-run colleg es develop comparatively slow. This article analyzes the target of non-governme nt-run college libraries and difficulties and challenge which non-government-run college libraries are facing, then summarizes the strategies of sustainable dev elopment for non-government-run college libraries. |
