氮酮对丹皮酚巴布剂体外透皮吸收的影响

摘    要:为研究不同浓度的氮酮对丹皮酚巴布剂体外透皮吸收的影响,采用改良Franz扩散池法,液相色谱外标法检测丹皮酚的透过率;在丹皮酚巴布剂基质的制作过程中,分别加入2%、3%、4%的氮酮,检测不同浓度的氮酮对丹皮酚体外透皮吸收的影响;与空白组对照,2%、3%、4%的氮酮对丹皮酚的体外透皮吸收均有显著影响(P <0.01,P <0.01,P <0.01),对丹皮酚透皮速率提高大小顺序为3%的氮酮>2%的氮酮>4%的氮酮;得出氮酮可作为丹皮酚巴布剂的透皮促进剂。

Effect of Azone on Paeonol Poultice Percutaneous Absorption in Vitro

Abstract:Objective: to study the effects of different concentrations of azone on paeonol poultice per cutaneous absorption in vitro of mice. Methods. using the modified Franz diffusion pool and HPLC exter nal standard method to test the transmittance of paeonol. 2%, 3%, 4% azone were added in the produc tion process of paeonol poultice matrix respectively, for testing the effects of different concentrations of azone on paeonol poultice percutaneous absorption in vitro of mice. Results.. compared with normal control group, 2 %, 3 %, 4% azone increased paeonol poultice percutaneous absorption in vitro of mice significant ly (P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.01, P 〈0.01). Conclusion. Azone could be used as a accelerant of paeonol poultice percutaneous absorption.
