| 摘 要： | 明确高校政治辅导员工作的角色定位,认清当前高校学生思想方面存在的问题,发挥政治辅导员在大学生思想政治教育体系中的重要作用,结合个人的实践体会,对辅导员应如何开展工作提出一些具体的方法和个人体会,并对高校辅导员个人应当具备的素质进行初步探讨。
