清末植树防灾思想述论

清末水旱灾害频仍，有识之士在批判传统的发放赈银赈粮以救灾荒方法的基础上，提出了植树防灾的思想。这种思想主张广植树木，改善被破坏的生态环境，以减少水旱灾害的发生。植树防灾思想是近代保护生态环境思想的先声。

On the Thought of Planting Trees to Guard against Natural Calamities in the Late Period of Qing Dynasty

In the late period of Qing dynasty, there were often flood and drought calamities , on the basis of criticizing the traditional way of granting silver and grain to provide disaster relief, the men of insight put forward the ideaa of guarding against natural calamities by planting trees. Such idea held to improve the destroyed zoological environment by widely planting trees so as to decrease flood and drought. This idea was the first sign of the modern thought to protect zoological environments.
