| 摘 要： | 当前我国总体中小民企普遍存在着“小、散、乱、低”等现象．从而导致总体竞争力偏低，为此需要对总体中小企业进行群落整理，以把处于“离散无序”状态下的各关联中小民企在一定的地理空间内，整理成“协调有序”的企业群落，它不同于企业集群，有着明显的目的性和有序性．从而具有更强劲的经济推动作用。

| Abstract: | There are some economic problems such as being small scale,irrelative distribution,disordered management and low efficiency exsting in our general personal enterprises, which lead to the lower competitive power of all enterprises.For this reason ,we must manage these enterprises in clusters in order to change irrelative and disordered enterprises into relative and ordered cluster of enterprises,which have plain purposes and orders , therefore ,will forcefully promote economic growth. |
