摘    要:经营者自我约束力与经营者管理绩效呈正相关关系,对经营者行为起决定性作用.通过形成经营者市场、设计合理的报酬结构和精神激励制度、完善企业管理制度等,强化经营者自我约束机制,端正经营者行为.

Abstract:The correlation between the self-constraint force and the management achievements and results of managers appears to be positive, which plays a decisive part in managers action. By ways of forming managers market, planning reasonable pay structures and moral encouragement scheme and improving the management systems of enterprises, the self-restricting mechanism of managers can be strengthened and the action of managers can be corrected.
