| Abstract: | The correlation between the self-constraint force and the management achievements and results of managers appears to be positive, which plays a decisive part in managers action. By ways of forming managers market, planning reasonable pay structures and moral encouragement scheme and improving the management systems of enterprises, the self-restricting mechanism of managers can be strengthened and the action of managers can be corrected. |
