摘    要:通过中学现实的教师素质构成的理性分析和现实性分析,可以知道教师素质标准的构成要素应包括职业理想、知识水平、教育观念、教学监控能力、教学行为和策略及教育教学科研能力等多个方面。而要加强教师素质的培养,就要转变观念,强化教师角色的责任意识,同时调整课程结构,加强服务意识。

Abstract:A theoretical and practical analysis of the teachers' quality in the middle school will show that the teachers' quality should include aspects of job expecations,knowledge level,educational ideas,teaching ability,teaching behaviours and research abilities.To cultivate the teachers' quality,training concepts should be changed to enhance the teachers' awareness of responsibility.Meanwhile,the setup of courses should be adjusted and the awareness of service should be strengthened.
