师范本科专业教育类课程教学实效性的调查与思考

摘    要:从提高教育类课程教学的实效性出发,通过调查数据的分析,可以得出微观层面的实施策略,即实践教学实施导师制,教学能力分阶段、全程培养,建立教师职业能力实验平台这些策略的研究具有重要的理性意义和现实意义。

Abstract:An analysis of the relevant data will show that in order to improve teaching effectiveness of the educational courses,it is better to adopt strategies which include recoginizing the importance of supervisors in the teaching practice,cultivating teaching ability step by step and constructing experimental platforms for teachers' job abilities.It is important both in practice and theory to study these strategies.
