| 摘 要： | 如何适应新形势要求，增强德育工作的时效性，是学校德育工作所面临的重要课题。新形势下学校德育工作只有树立主体性教育思想、注意生活化目标教育、应用科学化的德育方法、建立开放式的德育模式，才能适应新形势的要求，增强德育工作的时效性。
