| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校因筹资渠道单一，资源配置捉襟见肘，学校运转举步维艰，实行股份制改造可以广泛吸纳社会资金，激活学校内力，优化资源配置，提高教学质量，促进持续协调发展。本文着重论述了新建本科院校实行股份制改造的必要性、可行性、难点、重点以及应注意的负面影响等方面的问题。

| Abstract: | The newly built undergraduate colleges and universities having some difficulties in unique investment, lack of resources and work on, the implementation of joint stock system makes the transformation to be allowed widely to buy in the social fund, activate the school strength, optimize the disposition of resources, improve the teaching quality, the promotion continues the coordinated development. This article emphatically elaborated necessity, feasibility, the difficulty and key, as well as the negative influence of the transformation of implementing the joint stock system in the newly built undergraduate colleges and universities. |
