旅游企业高管内部薪酬差距对企业绩效的影响研究

摘    要:文章选取我国17家旅游上市公司作为研究样本,分析旅游企业高管内部薪酬差距与企业绩效的影响关系。运用多元回归分析方法进行研究,结果显示旅游企业高管内部薪酬差距的增大不利于企业绩效的提升,支持行为理论。

Abstract:Selec ting 17 listed tourism companies in China as the research sample, this paper investi-gates the relationship between salary gap in top-management team and performance in tourism enterprises. Using the method of multiple regression analysis, the study proves the behavior theory, namely, the higher salary gap in top-management team is disadvantageous to improve performance in tourism enterprises.
