| 摘 要： | 文章根据《汉书·地理志》和《后汉书·郡国志》所记载两汉郡一级户口数,估算出西汉元始二年嘉陵江流域有248 388户,有1 057 263口。东汉永和五年嘉陵江流域有297 015户,有1 119 986口。两汉人口的分布主要呈不平衡性和沿江分布的特点。文章还对涉及嘉陵江流域各郡的人口数量多寡等问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | According to the records in History of the Han Dynasty： the Record of Geography and History of the Eastern Han Dynasty： the Record of Counties. It is estimated that there were 248, 388 households totally with 1, 057, 263 people along Jialing River in the second year of Yuanshi, an emperor of West Han Dynasty ; and 297, 015 households with 1, 119, 986 people in the fifth year of Yonghe, an emperor of the Eastern Han Dynasty. The features of population distribution in Han Dynasty：unbalanced and high populous along rivers. This paper explores the issues, as why there was distinction in the number of population of different counties along Jialing River. |
