摘    要:本文在分析了我国食品质量安全问题严重的主要原因基础上.提出加强我国食品质量安全的措施:一加强食品安全法律、法规和标准体系的建设:二建立从农田到餐桌的全程食品安全管理控制体系;三构建我国食品信用安全体系:四加强制度建设,探索建立长效管理机制。

Abstract:This text is in analysing the main reason foundation of the food quality safety of our country with serious problem, put forward the measure of strengthening the safety of food quality of our country: Strengthen the safety of food laws and regulations and standard construction of system; Set up the safety management of whole food from farmland to dining table and control the system two times; Structure the safe system of food credit of our country three times; Strengthen the institutional improvement four times, explore that sets up the long mechanism of management of result.
