企业技术创新能力的影响因素及测度分析

在当今知识经济时代，技术创新能力是企业竞争力的重要体现。企业技术创新能力的大小直接决定了企业的存亡。影响企业技术创新能力的因素很多，而各因素的影响程度也大不相同。本文借鉴前人的研究，总结了企业技术创新能力的影响因素，把这些因素进行分类，并利用层次分析法分析各因素对企业技术创新能力的影响程度，从而为企业提高技术创新能力提供参考。

Analysis of Influencing Factor and Degree of Technological Innovation Ability of Enterprises

In the era of knowledge economy, the capability of technological innovation is an important indication of the competitiveness of enterprises. The capability of technological innovation determines the survival of the enterprise directly. There are many factors influencing the ability of technological innovation of enterprises, and the influence degree of each factor is also quite different. The author referred to previous studies, summed up the factors and classified them, then analyzed the influence degree of each factor using AHP, so as to provide a reference for enterprises to improve their ability in technological innovation.
