The Analysis and Study about the Amendments of the Basketball Rules (FIBA,2004)

To make basketball matches more fluent, FIBA again revise the match rule. The newly-revised rules have been carried out on September 1st, 2004. This article mainly talks about the analysis and study of the new characters and changes on the newly-revised rules which will be helpful for athletes, coaches and referees to understand and implement the rules; and helpful to the promotion and development of basketball in China.
