摘    要:客户关系管理是一个以客户为中心保持企业与客户互动的过程。把聚类分析用于客户关系管理,可以使得本企业更有针对性地与客户保持良好的关系。聚类分析算法可以用于客户关系管理的决策支持系统中。

Abstract:Customer Relationship Management is a process that is customer-centered and maintains the interaction between the enterprises and the customers.Applying the cluster analysis algorithm to the Customer Relationship Management can help the enterprises to be more purposeful and keep a better relation with customers.The cluster analysis algorithm can be used for the decision support system of the Customer Relationship Manage-ment.
