| Abstract: | On the basis of both theoretical study and practice, the author tries to put forward to some feasible proposals both general and specific on HVE's majors or areas of specialty and management. He also stresses the importance of running a school by school generated revenues as well as business support, sharing educational resources and exploring a road of lifelong education for students. |
