| 摘 要： | 勤工助学作为帮助家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业的一种方式，为广大贫困生所接受。然而岗位的有限性不能满足学生的需要。欲缓解目前勤工助学岗位的供需矛盾，高校应在建立健全管理体系的基础上，在校内对勤工助学岗位进行挖潜，在校外建立勤工助学基地，同时建立勤工助学网站，提高工作效率，为学生提供更多的勤工助学岗位。

| Abstract: | The work - study program is a way to help the needy student complete their college courses. But the limited work - study posts cant meet the needs of the needy students. In order to relieve the supply and demand imbalance of the work - study posts, universities should establish the management system first, besides, on campus seek more posts, off campus set up the work - study program base, set up a work - study program website to increase work efficieney so as to offer more work -study posts for students. |
