| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济体制的进一步建立和完善，人们对社会主义市场经济学这门学问的研究也逐步深入，不少人对社会主义市场经济学的独特地位提出了怀疑，本认为这种怀疑理由是不充分的，并从哲学的角度来探讨了社会主义市场经济与资本主义市场经济的区别。
