| 摘 要： | 以经济增长的真正目标是提高生活质量引出健康的可持续发展的经济方式的概念及其历史由来，剖析了中国传统经济增长方式的社会根源，为实现传统经济增长方式向健康的可持续发展的经济增长方式转变，提出了一系列的措施和对策。

| Abstract: | That increasing economics aims at improving living quality follows the definition of the healthy consistent economics pattern and its source. The social root of tradstional increasing economics pattern in China is analysed. A series of measures and tactics are suggested to transfer the traditional increasing eeonomic pattem into the healthy consistent economic pattern. |
