| 摘 要： | 通过对广西农业职业技术学院4届农业技术类专业毕业生调查,学生＂在校期间就业意向＂、＂家庭对学生就业＂与＂学生毕业后实际就业＂相差甚远,毕业生的职业能力不能满足用人单位的要求。因此,必须对农业技术类学生培养目标进行细分定位,对专业教学计划和课程教学大纲进行适当调整,以培养适应就业市场需求的高职农业技术类人才。
