凤凰旅游对贫困人口的影响分析——基于人类发展指数的视角

文章从贫困人口发展的方向，对凤凰县2000-2009年旅游对贫困人口的影响进行解析，并应用人类发展指数对其进行表达。通过各项指数的实证分析，得出的主要结论是：近中年凤凰贫困人口人类发展水平稳步提升，收入水平先缓慢提高，然后大幅增长；教育程度先迅速上升后缓慢提高，甚至稍有下降；预期寿命稳步延长。由此，从人类发展指数的角度对贫困人口发展水平状况及其变动进行了初步探讨，为客观综合分析凤凰旅游对贫困人口的影响提供了一种新的视角。

On the Influence of Tourism on Fenghuang on the Poor A perspective of Human.Development Index

At the direction of the poor＇ 2000-2009 annual development in Fenghuang county, the influence of tourism on poverty population is analyzed and expressed by Human Development Index. According to the analysis of the indexes, the main results are as following; during this ten years, human development index of the poor in Fenghuang has risen steadily, income index has first grown slowly, then gone up rapidly, education index has risen rapidly first, then increased slowly, even with a slight decline, and life expectancy index has developed in a rapid way. Thus, the effect preliminary inquiry of the poor＇ development and changement in Fenghuang are based on the angle of human development index ,so that it can offer a new perspective to objectively and comprehensively analyze and study the effect caused by Fenghuang tourism.
