| 摘 要： | 犯罪社会对策作为构建和谐社会的犯罪对策体系的重要组成部分,是解决犯罪问题的治本之策。探讨犯罪社会对策的历史源流,深入分析犯罪社会对策基本体系的类型与结构,提出并论证和谐社会犯罪社会对策应具有的功能,对妥善解决我国社会发展中出现的问题具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | As an important componential part in the construction of the system of social strategies to crimes in a harmonious society,social strategies to crimes are basic policy to solve the problem of crime.This article explores into the historical root of social strategies to crimes,deeply analyses the type and structure of the basic system of social strategies to crimes,and puts forward the basic function of social strategies to crimes in harmonious societies. |
