高等教育大众化进程中教育收费问题的实证分析

在我国高等教育大众化进程中,通过教育收费以追求办学效益无疑对拉动经济增长、增加教育投入、缓解教育经费不足等问题起到了非常重要的作用。与此同时,也给广大学生家庭带来了巨大的经济压力,影响了教育机会均等的原则,造成教育资源的浪费和教育腐败现象的滋长,容易导致教育目的上的失范。因此,在制定收费标准时应考虑广大低收入家庭的现实承受能力,加大政府或企业对高等教育的投入,降低收费标准,以保证教育机会均等,并不断完善高等教育收费的监督检查系统,使我国高等教育大众化能够健康持续发展。

A Case Study of Collection of Educational Fees in the Course of Popularization of Higher Education

In the course of popularization of higher education, seeking the maximum benefits of running a school has become one of the basic idea to develop higher education in China today, which undoubtedly plays a very important role in promoting economic growth, increasing investment in education and alleviating the shortage of educational funds. And also it causes a lot of trouble in the development of education. Based on the present condition of collecting educational fees during the popularization of higher education, this paper analyzes its influence on education and puts forward some suggestions.
