On the relationship between social identification of vocational education and development of vocational education

Some think that it is a kind of causality between social identification and development of vocational education. Vocational education can be extricated from the difficult position by improving people's social identification . The author thinks that it is dubious. Is it necessary to change our identification on vocational education? Can it be changed? Had the identification been changed, will the passive identification of vocational education be changed? By reviewing the history of vocational education, the author points out it is not the social identification of vocational education promotes the development of vocational education, while the development of vocational education enhances people's social identification of vocational education. Taking the fortuitous relation as positive causality is the mistake of the former.
