| 摘 要： | 本文主要对我国高等教育人才培养模式现状进行分析，针对存在的问题，探索创新人才培养方式的改进。高等教育教学改革应在学生的创新思维、动手能力上下工夫，从而为培养具有创新能力的人才奠定坚实的教育条件和育人氛围。
