| Abstract: | The unknown origin of misdeed committed in big property has its own specificity from the view of its subjects of crime. This kind of misdeed, which is very harmful, has distorted honesty and self-discipline of the country's officials, and has endangered the normal order of the country. The Criminal Law regulates that this kind of misdeed should be struggled with great efforts. |
