摘    要:商务信函是商业往来中传递信息和洽谈商务的主要手段.书写商务信函应做到措辞婉约,注重礼节,表达清晰,简明扼要,尤其注意措词的婉转礼貌.在尊重对方的同时,也要注意客套度的度范畴,以做到不亢不卑,有礼有节,体现企业文化和商业形象.

Abstract:Business letter plays an important role in dealing with business between enterprises who can exchange messages by means of it.When writing business letters,euphemism,clearness,conciseness especially courtesy should be paid attention to.At the same time,behaving beyond courtesy limit is not appreciated for being of great decencies and forming good image of enterprises.
