中国西部农村小学资源配置效率评估

随着人们对教育需求的日益增加,教育资源的稀缺和教育投入的不足使得教育的供需矛盾加剧,学校效率问题开始成为政府和公众关注的焦点,也成为教育经济学研究的重要内容。本文采用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对我国西部农村部分小学学校资源配置效率进行评估,并探究影响学校资源配置技术效率和规模效率的因素,在此基础上对学校如何提高教育资源配置效率给出有益的建议。

Resources Allocation Efficiency Evaluation of Rural Primary Schools in Western China

With the rising towards education demand increasingly, the sparsity of education resources and the shortage of education provision have made educational supply and demand antinomy turn worse, the efficiency problem of the school starts to become the focus of the government and public concern, also become an important content of education economics research. This paper uses the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate the resource allocation efficiency of some rural primary schools distributed in western China and explore the key factors that influence the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of school resources allocation. Moreover, on the basis of results analysis, we provide some beneficial suggestions to raise the school educational resources allocation efficiency.
