| 摘 要： | 崛起于明代中后期的歙县江村商人至乾隆末年,开始走向衰落。究其原因,有多种因素影响,如江村商人资本的内耗、清政府商业政策的变故和战争的破坏等。

| Abstract: | Jiangcun village merchants in Shexian County were on the wane since the last years of the Emperor Ch＇ien-Lung.There were several reasons for their declining,such as capital consumption,changes of business policies by Qing Dynasty and disruption by war. |
