新中国成立以来农村社会阶层结构变迁及影响

农村社会阶层结构的变迁是农村经济社会演进的综合反映。新中国成立以来农村社会阶层结构经历了从传统向现代转型,从封闭到开放、从同质单一性社会到异质多样性社会过渡和转变,其对农村社会发展的影响既有积极作用也有消极作用,需要国家运用相应的经济政策、政治制度、社会政策、社会管理制度去促进、引导农民在自己的主动选择中实现变迁,形成现代化的农村社会阶层结构。

On the Change of Social Hierarchical Structures in the Rural Area and Its Influence since the Founding of the PRC

The change of social hierarchical structures in the rural area is a comprehensive reflection of the rural economic and social evolution.Since the founding of the PRC,the social hierarchical struc-tures in the rural area have experienced a transformation from the traditional type to the modern one,a closed type to an open one,and a homogeneous type to a heterogeneous one of diversity,which has both positive and negative impacts on the rural social development and requires the State to make use of appropriate economic and social policy,political and social management system to promote and guide the farmers in their own active choice to achieve the change and the modernization of rural social hierarchical structures.
