中国高校体育场馆设施面向社会开放研究

采用问卷调查、逻辑分析等多种方法,对中国高校体育场馆设施向社会开放的规模、形式、管理模式等现状进行了调查研究,存在着转变思想意识力度不够,资金短缺,管理水平低,缺乏媒体宣传等诸多问题.并提出改善措施:转变思想,加强管理,多渠道融资,与媒体联合,提高场馆设施为大众体育运动参加者服务的质量等,以充分发挥其体育健身功能和经济功能.

Study on the gymnasium facilities in colleges and universities opening to the society in China

: In this paper , the methods of investigation and logical analysis were adopted to discuss the scale , the form and the management pattern gymnasium facilities in colleges and universities were open to the society in our country . The main problems in colleges and universities opening to the society are : insufficient for cement of changing ideology , lack of funds , low level of management and shortage of the mass media . For improving the serious situation , our thesis suggests : changing ideology ; tightening up the management ; circulating necessary founds through various channels ; establishing contact with the mass media ; improving the service qualities for participants in mass sports activities ; giving full play to its body-building and economic functions .
