| 摘 要： | 在由不成熟到成熟的发展过程中,中国古代考试经历了前制度阶段、准制度阶段和制度化阶段三种历史形态。从非均衡到均衡,考试制度演进的动力,来源于现实需要对考试制度绩效要求的不断提高,而考试制度绩效主要受公平与效率两大因素的制约。其中,公平是考试制度的合法性基础,效率则奠定考试制度合理性的根基。

| Abstract: | The ancient Chinese examination system experienced three stages of evolution:pre-system,quasi-institutionalized system and systematization.And the driving forces that influenced this evolution were the practical needs of its performance requirements.This process was from non-equilibrium to equilibrium that decided by two factors:fairness and efficiency.The fairness is the basis of the legitimacy of the examination system,and the efficiency is the reasonable basis of its existence. |
