中俄经济转轨和体制改革比较研究

20世纪70年代末和80年代中期，中苏两加先后开启了改革的航程，1991年苏联解体后，俄罗斯按照西方国家的经济、政治模式进行所谓“改革”，其改革的目标、性质已不再是原来意义上的社会主义改革，在这方面已经没有可比性，但是，中俄两国都在实现从原先的计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变，两国都处在社会转型的背景下，各个具体领域改革的做法、思路和绩效，仍有不少可供比较和相互借鉴的地方，本从两国改革的实始条件、目标、性质和路径的差异进行了比较，并作了相应的理论思考。

On the Comparsion between China and the Russia in their Economic Transformation and System Reform

Both China and the USSR began to reform successively at the end of 1970s and the mid 1980s.In terms of economic and political models of west countries,Russia carried out new reform after dissolution of the USSR in 1991,which goal and character aren't of socialism.That's to say,the characters of reform of both countries are totally different.But they have same social transitional background and much measures,thinking and performance in many concrete reform fields,which we can compare and use for reference each other.This article is focus on comparing difference of initial conditions,goals,characters and routes of both countries in reform and making theoretical thinking.
