| Abstract: | With the development of society,on one hand scientific technology develops,knowledge continuously updates,computers gradually become universal.But on the other hand,more serious problems appear,such as outdated knowledge of archivists,deficiency of ability and knowledge structure.So, how to deepen continuing education training and foster qualified archivists according to practical file work is a very important problem which we face. |
