摘    要:财会工作具有特殊性,在对其进行绩效考评时,应坚持科学发展观,以人为本,采取创新意识,摆脱传统思维定式,确定科学的绩效考评模式,从多方面、多角度进行立体的、多维的考评。通过考评让财会人员发挥其最大的能动性,为企业创造最大价值,从而促进企业可持续发展。

An Opinion on Accounting Personnel Achievements and Critique

Abstract:The accounting work has the particularity,when carries on the achievements examination and critique,should persist science development view,people first,has the innovative ideology,gets rid of the traditional thought format,the definite science achievements examination and critique pattern,from various,the multiple perspectives carries on three-dimensionally,the multi-dimensional examination and critique. Lets the accounting personnel through the examination and critique display its biggest activity,creates the greatest value for the enterprise,thus promotion enterprise sustainable development.
