| 摘 要： | 党的制度建设科学化的发展历程,体现了历史发展的阶段性和连续性相统一、曲折性和复杂性、始终以完善党章和民主集中制为核心的基本特征。我们得出的基本经验是,实现党的制度建设科学化必须坚持科学建党的基本原则,坚持把制度建设同其他建设紧密结合起来。总结正反两方面历史经验,应不断加强学习型政党建设,努力提高党的制度建设科学化水平;牢牢坚持实事求是的思想路线,以改革创新的精神推进党的制度建设科学化。
