摘    要:在传统管理理念与管理体制的制约下,新升本院校实验室工作中存在着诸多问题,不适应新时期高素质创新人才的培养要求。因此首先应以科学发展观和以人为本的理念指导实验教学工作,实现3个转变。其次要全面开放实验室,包括时间和空间的开放。三是要构建"一个目标、两大类型、两种要求、4个层次、N个模块"的纵横交错的立体式实验教学体系。四是要定员专配实验教师,重视人才引进,加强人才培养,提高教师素质。五是要引进外援,多渠道共建实验室。最后,阐述了通过加快实验室和实验教学管理信息化、网络化进程,促使实验工作快速地上新水平。
