| 摘 要： | 用献资料法、调查访问法、录像资料统计法等科研方法对我国竞技健美操的现状进行分析，指出目前我国竞技健美操运动存在的主要问题，提出未来发展对策，以期能为我国竞技健美运动的发展提供一点参考依据。
