虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作效能影响因素的实证研究

【目的/意义】探究虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作效能的影响因素,拓宽虚拟学术社区的研究范围,以期为相关理论研究提供参考,并帮助科研人员拓宽合作渠道,也对提高虚拟科研团队合作效能具有积极的作用。【方法/过程】基于团队效能IPO模型和自我效能感理论,构建虚拟学术社区科研人员合作效能影响因素模型,并运用问卷调查和结构方程方法对模型的适用性进行检验。【结果/结论】数据结果表明,虚拟科研团队支持、虚拟科研团队沟通、自我效能感会对虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作效能产生正向影响。其中,自我效能感也能在虚拟科研团队沟通对科研合作效能的影响作用中发挥中介效应。

An Empirical Study on the Factors Affecting the Cooperation Efficiency of ScientificResearchers in Virtual Academic Community

【Purpose/significance】Exploring the influencing factors of the cooperation efficiency of scientific researchers in the virtual academic community,broadening the research scope of the virtual academic community,with a view to providing reference for relevant theoretical research,and helping researchers to broaden cooperation channels and also playing a posi tive role in improving the cooperative efficiency of virtual scientific research team.【Method/process】Based on the team ef ficiency IPO model and self-efficacy theory,the model of the influencing factors of the cooperation efficiency of the scientif ic academic community was constructed,and the applicability of the model was tested by questionnaire and structural equa tion method.【Result/conclusion】The data results show that virtual scientific research team support,virtual scientific re search team communication,and self-efficacy will have a positive impact on the efficiency of collaboration among research ers in the virtual academic community.Among them,self-efficacy can also communicate with the virtual research team,and play a mediating role in the impact of scientific research cooperation effectiveness.
