| 摘 要： | ８０ 年代中期我国进行金融改革以来，企业融资，特别是国有企业融资问题，已引起有关学者和决策者们的广泛关注，投融资体制已作为改革内容列入改革方案之中。此项改革关系到国有企业改革、银行体制转变、金融体系的完善乃至其它各方面的改革与建设。但由于我国传统经济学和体制因素所限，过去对投资和融资的研究欠缺，加上我国特殊国情和尚处过渡期等原因。因此，目前对我国投融资体制，尤其对融资体制和体系的研究尚未展开。本文运用西方经济学，特别是金融压抑、金融深化和金融结构等理论，分析我国融资体系困境的原因，以探索解决途径

| Abstract: | Sincethem id 1980s when China began itsreform in finance, theproblem offi nancialcapitalin enterprises, eapecially in state- owned enterprises, hasdrawn wideatten tion ofexpertsand policy m akersconcerned, and thereform in investm entsystem and finan cialcapitalsystem has been listed in the reform program asan im portantitem .Thisreform concerns thereform in state owned enterprises, the changesin banking system , theperfec tion offinancialsystem and reforms and construction in otherfields. Because ofthe limita tionsoftraditionaleconomicsand politicalsystem , aswellasthespecialconditionsin China which isstillin theperiod oftransition, therehasbeen no adequatestudy in investm entand financialcapital.Thispaper,making use ofwestern econom ics, especially theorieson finan cialdepression, financialdeepening and financialstructure, analysesthepredicamentofChi nesefinancialcapitalsystem ,so asto explore approachesto itssolution.
