| 摘 要： | 运用个案研究方法对"加油——在运动中成长"汶川地震灾后重建青少年帮扶项目的定位、执行策略、可持续发展安排进行分析,发现在新的历史条件下,公共体育服务的递送不再由政府包揽,而是演变为政府、社会力量、民间组织多元参与的模式,需求导向、参与共赢模式,社会创新、技术创新是确保公共体育服务递送具有可持续性的基础条件。

| Abstract: | The paper,by using the method of case study,analyzes the orientation,implementation strategy and sustainable development of reconstructing teenagers’ supporting project of "come on-grow up in sports" after the Wenchuan earthquake.The research result finds that under the new historic conditions,the delivery of public sports services is no longer solely taken care of by the government,instead it should be changed into the diverse cooperation mode involving government,social sectors and NGOs-a win-win mode guided by demand.Social and technical innovations are the basic conditions to guarantee the sustainable development of the delivery of public sports services. |
