刍议高校档案管理队伍建设

高校档案管理队伍是高校档案管理的主体，在高校规模扩张、管理权下放、社会服务功能日益显现等背景下，高校档案管理队伍面临着专职人员不够、学科背景单一、职业生存空间狭窄、基层组织虚化等诸多方面的问题和挑战。为有效应对这些问题与挑战，必须从合理配备专职人员、加强职业培训、拓宽职业发展空间、夯实基层组织等几个方面加强高校档案管理队伍建设。

A Brief Study on The University Archives Management Team Building

The archives management team works as the main body of University Archives Management.In the situation that the University being expanded,management being decentralized and the social services becoming more and more functional,the University archives management team is faced with numerous problems and challenges such as lack of full-time staff,a single-disciplinary background,career living space narrow,virtual grass-roots organizations.In order to effectively deal with these problems and challenges,we must equip reasonable number of full-time staff,strengthen their vocational training,widen their career living space,solid foundation teametc,so as to strengthen the construction of University Archives management team.
