| 摘 要： | 2004年全国高考语文卷Ⅱ误将异形词“毛骨耸然”之“耸”定为错别字。其设计错误的主要原因是袭用《现代汉语词典》等权威辞书的通释，将“悚然”置于“毛骨悚然”之悖谬，未能区别异形词的规范与否与非异形词的规范与否，亦与异形词的规范应用推广宣传不力及其整理滞后有关。
