人才学规律体系的再探讨

摘    要:人才学是研究人才成长和发展规律的学科。人才学的规律是一个体系,这个体系由宏观规律、中观规律和微观规律三个层次的规律构成。开展人才学规律体系的研究无论是对于丰富人才学的理论体系,还是对于人才的开发和使用,都具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。

Abstract:The talents studies is a discipline studying talents' growth and development. The principle of talents studies is a system consisting of Macroprinciple, moderate principle and microprinciple. This paper gives a detailed and deepened analysis of each level of the principles. The study of the principles of talents studies is of theoretical and practical values to the enrichment of the talents theory as well as the exploration and application of talents.
