加强组工干部队伍管理机制研究——以六盘水市为例进行探索

建立健全组工干部队伍的管理机制,就是要建立一套符合各级组织部门和组工干部实际的,包括组工干部的教育、培养、管理、监督等在内的一系列的制度。以六盘水市组织系统为个案,通过调查和分析制约组工干部队伍建设的因素,提出严格入口选拔、加强系统培训、规范队伍管理、突出实践锻炼、完善监督体系、强化激励关怀等六条措施,促进组工干部队伍建设不断加强。
