| 摘 要： | 颅脑外伤病人多呈昏迷状态，极易发生窒息，加重脑缺氧，危及生命。保持呼吸道通畅，做好呼吸道管理，是抢救重型颅脑损伤病人成功的关键。分析96例病人资料，从4个方面加强呼吸道管理。

| Abstract: | patients of serious TBI(traumatic brain-injured ) are always in state of coma and easily to be caught in suffocation. To manage the airway well is key for the success in the treatment. We have studied 96 cases and draw such a conclusion. More attention should be paid in these four aspects:1. the management of the airway in the early state 2. the common tender of airway.3 tender after tracheotomy 4. the management of environment |
